Use of the App

POD Receipt helps you create proof-of-delivery receipts, capture signatures and photos, and export PDFs. You are responsible for reviewing each receipt before sending or relying on it.

No professional advice

POD Receipt does not provide legal, tax, accounting, insurance, or logistics-compliance advice. You are responsible for confirming that your records and any required disclosures are appropriate for your business and location.

Your content

You retain responsibility for the recipient information, signatures, photos, and notes you enter. Do not enter information you are not authorized to use, and obtain consent before capturing a person's signature or photo where required.

Purchases

Pro features may be offered through Apple in-app purchase. Purchases are handled by Apple and subject to Apple's payment, refund, and purchase terms. Restore Purchases is available inside the app.

Availability

The app is provided "as available." Features may change over time as the app is improved.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost profits, lost data, delivery disputes, rejected records, or indirect damages arising from use of the app.
